The Spaulding Companies has acted as development manager for over 2,000,000 square feet of commercial space with primary emphasis on the development of new and rehabilitation and restoration of existing commercial space.

In addition to development management and consulting services, Spaulding Management LLC manages office and retail properties in Concord and Lexington .
